Resonance, restoration, attention.
Every body, every room carries a frequency. The work is to listen for what has gone out of tune and to invite it back into coherence. Sessions are quiet, intentional, and personal.
A moment, before reading on.
A square breath: inhale four, hold four, exhale four, hold four. Repeat four times.
Three practices, one intention.
Frequency sessions
In the lineage of Royal Raymond Rife and Hulda Regehr Clark, sessions draw on bioenergetic resonance to support the body's own equilibrium. Each begins with a short conversation, followed by quiet, attentive work with the instrument.
Space clearing
For homes, studios, and businesses. A careful arrival, an intentional ritual, a clean completion. Drawing from cross-cultural traditions of energetic care, the practice returns a room to itself.
Spiritual mentoring
For those tending an inner life - a deepening practice, a passage of change, a return to themselves. Conversations held with patience, drawing on contemplative and ritual traditions without binding to any single path.
Three movements.
Arrival
A short conversation. We sit, we talk briefly about what brought you. No questionnaires, no intake forms. You bring nothing but yourself.
The practice
The session itself. You rest. The instrument or ritual does its work. Most sessions last sixty to ninety minutes; you may drift, you may stay alert. Both are right.
Resonance
Afterwards: water, silence, time. The work continues for a day or two. Notes and aftercare follow by email when needed.
A long thread of inquiry.
San Diego inventor whose research into specific electromagnetic frequencies opened a vocabulary of resonance still studied today.
More
Rife's optical microscope and frequency instrument were among the earliest attempts to apply tuned electromagnetic energy to biological systems. His work was contested and partially lost in his lifetime, but the frequency principles he proposed have informed bioenergetic research for nearly a century.
Canadian researcher who extended Rife's work into a practical bioenergetic framework, foundational to contemporary frequency practice.
More
Clark systematised the use of resonant frequencies into accessible protocols and instruments, making the lineage available beyond specialist laboratories. Her writing - though debated in clinical circles - remains a primary reference for the bioenergetic field.
From smudging to incense to sound - the human practice of restoring a place is older than any single tradition that claims it.
More
Practices of cleansing space appear in Indigenous, Buddhist, Shinto, Christian, Sufi, and animist traditions. Each carries its own grammar - herb, smoke, water, bell, prayer - and each rests on a shared intuition: that places hold what has happened in them, and that what is held can be released.

Aurel.
Based in Lisbon. Trained in bioenergetic frequency work and ritual space clearing, with years of personal practice and study across European and Asian traditions. The work is slow, considered, and held with discretion.
A few quiet words.
"I came in tense and left without knowing exactly what had shifted - only that something had."
"After the clearing, the studio felt like mine again. Friends who visited noticed before I told them."
"Aurel works with a quietness I have not encountered elsewhere. The room itself becomes part of the work."
